| Intelligent System | ||
| The beauty of the AVR concept is its simplicity. Vehicle Information Units (VIUs) are first installed in each vehicle in your fleet. VIUs are state-of-the-art, digital devices that contain such information as the vehicle identification number, odometer reading, fuel type and other details that can be programmed according to your needs. Whenever a fuel nozzle is inserted into a tank inlet, data is transferred from the VIU to the station/tanker controller for verification, authorization and fuel payment. This refuelling data can then forwarded to your fleet management for further processing. By verifying both the vehicle and the type of fuel used, the system automatically eliminates unauthorized fuelling or the selection of an incorrect fuel type. The AVR system can be installed in commercial fuelling stations, as well as at your home base. | ||
